IEEExtreme 24 Hour Online Programming
Competition

Description:
|
IEEEXtreme is a global online challenge in
which teams of IEEE student members compete in a 24 hour time span to solve
programming puzzles. The competition takes places on October 20th, 2012.
Each team must consist of three members. See below for registration details.

Description:

Northrop Grumman Electronic Systems is seeking recent
UCLA graduates to fill entry level electrical/systems engineering positions.
The positions will support Northrop Grumman’s key space
and ground programs in missile warning, missile defense and civil space
mission areas. The engineering assignment includes mission data and system
performance analysis, modeling and simulation and more.

Cornell Cup USA Presented by Intel
|

Description:
|
The Cornell Cup USA, presented by Intel, is a
college-level embedded design competition created to empower student teams to
become the inventors of the newest innovative applications of
embedded technology.
The competition culminates in an two-day summit event at
Walt Disney World, where finalist student teams will attend talks, network
with leading engineering company sponsors, and ultimately showcase their

The teams who are selected get free HW, access to Intel
technical support, $2500 cash, access to Cornell support and an invitation to
the final event on May 3 & 4, 2013, at Disney World, FL.

WorldQuant is a private institutional investment
management complex consisting of an international team of researchers,
traders and technologists who constantly work toward even greater
quantification and automation in the development of its trading processes.
