Description:	"Engineering, Work, and You" is this year's UCLA IEEE hosted Student Professional Awareness Venture conference. Our S-PAVe conference aims to provide students with insight to the professional side of engineering through workshops, speakers, demos. Description:	Southern California Edison (SCE) is one of the largest electric utilities in California, serving more than 14 million people in a 50,000 square-mile area of central, coastal and Southern California, excluding the City of Los Angeles and certain other cities. Based in Rosemead, California, the utility has been providing electric service in the region for more than 120 years. SCE's service territory includes more than 180 cities. Free food will be provided. Bring your resume!

2.	US Navy Infosession
Date:	Thursday, January 26th
Location:	Boelter 4760
Time:	6 PM
Description:	Learn more about the Nuclear Propulsion Officer Candidate (NUPOC) Program! Students with strong academic records are selected to perform technical interviews in Washington D.C. at Naval Reactors and are then offered a position in the program. Benefits include a $15,000 signing bonus, approximately $5,000/month for the rest of their undergraduate education and free health care, and all that is expected in return is that students maintain a 3.0 GPA and graduate on time. After graduating students attend Officer Candidate School in Newport, RI and are then commissioned as Ensigns in the Navy. They then begin their training as either Submarine or Nuclear Surface Warfare Officers, Naval Reactors Engineers, or Nuclear Power Instructors. 5.	Internship Opportunity: Aptologist.com

Description:	Aptologist.com is recruiting students with web-programming experience for aptologist.com. The website has already been created by a professional programmer; we are simply looking for individuals to improve and build upon the existing site. This is a great opportunity to gain valuable programming and business experience with a start-up company! This is an internship position with a UCLA-headquartered company. In the long-term, we are looking for a Chief Technology Officer, and one of our outstanding interns will earn this position along with partial ownership in the company. 6.	Job Opportunity: ISNC

Description:	ISNC is Integrated Systems Nanofabrication Cleanroom located in CNSI. ISNC is currently hiring a work study student for a lab assistant position. The student must have a good background in chemistry. The responsibilities include clerical work, handling hazardous waste, data collecting, and more. Must have work study to apply!
